MAP Fund is proud to join the Princess Grace Foundation-USA in announcing the 2026 recipients of the Princess Grace Artist Fellowship. Established in 2025, this initiative provides artists with a $10,000 unrestricted cash grant, paired with one-on-one coaching and participation in a peer-based virtual retreat through MAP Fund’s Scaffolding for Practicing Artists (SPA) program.

The 2026 Princess Grace Artist Fellows are Ifeyinwa Arinze, Tommie-Waheed Evans, Sadieh Rifai, and Ching Ching Wong

"It is always a joy to welcome new artists into SPA, and we're honored to work with this class of fellows," said Ron Ragin, MAP's Director of Programs. "Each of these artists is holding critical questions about how to shift and sustain their creative practice. I'm excited to see how coaching and gathering will support them to find a grounded way forward, and to continue this partnership with the Princess Grace Foundation-USA."

Today's Artist Fellow announcement is part of the Princess Grace Foundation's announcement of 18 Princess Grace Award winners and 11 Honoraria recipients. Recipients have been named within 4 prestigious award programs: Princess Grace Award, Special Project Grant, Princess Grace Artist Fellowship, and Grace Kelly Scholarship.

Diana Kemppainen, President of the Princess Grace Foundation-USA, shared, “We are proud and excited to welcome the 2026 Princess Grace Award winners and Honoraria recipients. It is a genuine privilege to identify extraordinary talent early in an artist’s career, welcome them into the Princess Grace Awards community, and be part of their artistic journey. Our deepest thanks to the Arts Advisory Council and panelists for their thoughtful guidance in the selection process.”
