The most helpful work samples capture an artist's unique sensibility and area of investigation, especially as it relates to the proposed work. The aim is to bring the panel as close to the actual experience of being in your audience as possible.
Work Sample Instructions for Designers and Visual Artists
You may submit electronically by uploading up to 10 digital images using the following specifications:
- Dimensions: No larger than 1240 pixels x 1240 pixels
- File Size: Each image must be under 4MB
- File format: .JPG (JPEG)
- Color scale: sRGB
- Resolution: 72dpi
Please note that uploads may take up to 10 minutes, please only click the "Submit" button once and please be patient.
- All files must contain the four-digit application number in the filename and title.
- 35mm slides are not accepted as work samples.
Work-In-Progress Samples
If the work for which you are seeking funding is already in progress, you may send one work-in-progress sample, in addition samples from previous completed work. Please follow the same formatting and submission requirements listed above.
