$15,000 to support Symptom (MAP 2010), a new dance work featuring twin siblings Otto and Emmett Ramstad.
About the Project
Symptom will investigate notions of social bodies versus biological bodies, tease out dynamics of sibling rivalry, and explore the gaps between seeing, knowing and empathy. Symptom inspects the slippage between subjective and objective understandings of the human body, where a symptom acts as an indicator, trait, feature, mark or sign that is open for interpretation.
