About the Grant$29,500 for a site specific performance and cultural map by director Willa Jo Zollar, Lloyd Daniel, Luther Gray, John O’Neal, Kalamu Ya Salaam, and Donald Harrison. A three month residency sponsored by New Orleans’ Contemorary Arts Center and involving five community based organizations climaxed in a 12 hour city wide event in Feburary 1992 celebrating African-American cultural life.
