Passing Strange (MAP 2005) opens on Broadway!The MAP Fund is happy to announce that on February 8, 2008, Passing Strange (MAP 2005), will open on Broadway at The Belasco Theatre. A multidisciplinary musical theater piece, Passing Strange tells the story of singer/songwriter/cabaret philosopher Stew, his displacement in the world he knew and his search for home through travel. Conceived and written by Stew, in collaboration with musician Heidi Rodewald and directed by Annie Dorsen, Passing Strange premiered at The Public Theater on May 1, 2007. For more information: |
